Cruising advantages

The appeal of cruising stems from the many advantages it provides.

  • Hassle free – no unpacking and packing at each new destination.
  • One room – make yourself comfortable in one room for the entire trip.
  • Well fed – have access to breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and midnight buffet every day! Sometimes you have a choice of restaurants too.
  • Entertainment – this includes in house cabaret shows, bands, comedians, nightclubs, cocktail bars and casino.
  • Activities – formal nights, themed parties (eg. Hawaiian night), passenger talent shows, bingo, art expo, wine tasting, cinema and the list goes on. It's a never a dull moment on a ship.
  • Ports of call – watch the beautiful views as you sail into every port, as opposed to by car, bus or train. A myriad of shops await you at the port. Perhaps take a local taxi to downtown or tourist attractions. However, for hassle free travelling, simply book a tour from the selection provided on board before you arrive at the destination.
  • Shopping – for the shopaholics, you can find on board a selection of duty free shops such as perfume, alcohol and cigarettes, jewellery, formal wear, casual wear, souvenirs and branded products.
  • Amenities – you don’t need to leave behind your normal lifestyle. On board there is a hair salon, spa centre, gym, kids club, swimming pool, library etc.
  • Cashless system – all purchases from bar, shop, salon, tours, money exchange, internet etc can be charged to the cabin. Then you make one credit card payment for total expenses at the end of the cruise.
